Wizards, Robots, and Grocery Stores v0.1.3 Update!

Make sure to check out the small tweaks I made in my game! Now that the enemies flash red when shot, the games juice and feel is a whole lot better. Now that shooting is not fully automatic with a new half second cool down, the player does not feel completely overpowered.
